The V8 S followed at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show, offered as a coupé and as a convertible, with cars due at dealers in early 2014. Power rose to 528 PS at 6,000 rpm, with 680 Nm from 1,700 rpm, and the chassis was reworked with revised dampers, springs, uprights and anti-roll bars, the car sitting 10 mm lower. The Continental GT was built at Bentley's factory in Crewe.

This is the convertible, shown with its hood stowed, in a deep metallic orange. A black mesh grille and black lower intakes frame the BENTLEY plate at the front, the four round headlamps sit in chrome rings, and a chrome strip runs along each sill. The wheels are silver multi-spoke with red brake calipers behind them, and the cabin has dark seats. At the rear, the winged B badge sits above a second BENTLEY plate, between the red tail lamps, with two oval exhaust tips set into the black lower valance. The car stands on a pale grey leather base.
